Trinity Care Cleaning

How we plan

A clean is planned before it happens.

Nothing is agreed on a guess. The space is looked at, the scope is written, and the price follows the scope.

  • A call about the spaceFirst step
  • A walk-through or photosSecond step
  • A written checklist and priceThen
  • Scheduled and confirmedRegular visits

The stages

Four stages, each written down.

The order matters, because each stage feeds the next.

  1. Listening

We ask about the space, the frequency and the tasks that matter most to you.

  2. Looking

We visit the space or work from photos and measurements you send.

  3. Writing

You get a checklist and a firm price before any cleaning starts.

  4. Cleaning

The team cleans to the checklist and we note anything to adjust next time.

Practical details

What people ask before the first clean.

Short answers, with more on the FAQ page.

How long does a first clean take?

That depends on the size and condition of the space; the written scope sets out the expected time before we start.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within a day and we will arrange a return visit to put it right.

Do you use the same cleaner each time?

We try to keep the same team on a regular booking, but the checklist keeps the standard even when someone is away.

Are you insured?

Cleaning businesses in Florida should carry insurance; ask us for current details and we will provide them.

Send a few details and we will prepare a checklist and a price.
